Köstebek Teknoloji offers a functionality allowing you to establish your own data retention policy. If no preference is chosen, your data will be retained for an indefinite period while you remain our customer. Should you decide to discontinue our service, your data will be transferred to a secure storage archive one month after your departure, effectively removing it from the production database. As part of our commitment to avoiding prolonged storage of unnecessary data, information in the archive is deleted one year after leaving our service.
