2.1 Data Retention
Kostebek Köstebek Teknoloji offers a functionality allowing you to establish your own data retention policy. If no preference is chosen, your data will be retained for an indefinite period while you remain our customer. Should you decide to discontinue our service, your data will be transferred to a secure storage archive one month after your departure, effectively removing it from the production database. As part of our commitment to avoiding prolonged storage of unnecessary data, information in the archive is deleted one year after leaving our service. If you return to Kostebek Köstebek Teknoloji within one year, your archived data will be restored to its original state; otherwise, the data will be permanently erased from the archive as well.
Our application operates entirely within the Atlassian system and does not store any data externally. We do not collect any user data, usage data, or device information outside of the Atlassian environment.

Customers authorized personnel have access, and customers are responsible for maintaining the security of securing their own login information within the Atlassian system.
5. Backups
Customer data is backed up three times per day, and is encrypted following industry standards. Backup lifetime is three monthswithin the Atlassian system is subject to Atlassian's retention policies. Any changes to our data practices within the Atlassian system will be communicated through the Atlassian Marketplace or our website.
