1.2.1. Go to the Budget Management for Jira panel.
1.2.2. Choose the budget for which you want to Delete an Income/ Expense by clicking on the budget name link. This will take you to the overview page.
1.2.3. On the left-hand side, click on the Plans Income/Expense tab, which will open the Plans Income/ Expense list panel.

1.3.2. If an Income/ Expense payment has an associated actual payment, it cannot be deleted.

When you attempt to Delete PlanIncome/ Expense, there are several potential issues that you might encounter:
1.4.1. If you don't have Delete permissions for the budget you're working with, you won't be able to Delete the planIncome/ Expense.
1.4.2. Additionally, if you forget to fill in the necessary fields, an error message will be displayed.
