1.2.1. Go to the Budget Management for Jira panel.
1.2.2. Choose the budget for which you want to Delete an Income/ Expense Plan by clicking on the budget name link. This will take you to the overview page.
1.2.3. On the left-hand side, click on the Income/Expense tab, which will open the Income/ Expense list panel.

1.2.5. Choose the Income/ Expense Plan you wish to Delete from the Plan list by clicking on the "Delete" icon. Thus, you can delete a single plan associated with an Income/Expense.

1.3.1.If you don't have the necessary permissions, you'll encounter difficulties when trying to Delete an Income/ Expense.
1.3.2. If an Income/ Expense Plan payment has an associated actual payment, it cannot be deleted.
1.4. Issues that may arise
When you attempt to Delete Income/ Expense Plan, there are several potential issues that you might encounter:
1.4.1. If you don't have Delete permissions for the budget you're working with, you won't be able to Delete the Income/ Expense Plan.
1.4.2. Additionally, if you forget to confirm the delete operation in the warning message that displayed, you can not delete it.
