1.1. Prerequisites

A user with administrator permissions, chenges changes the Budget Attribute.

1.2. How to

To update Budget Attribute, navigate to the Budget Management panel and follow these steps:

1.2.1. Select the specific Budget to which you want to update attributes.

1.2.2. Click on the cog (blue star) settings icon located on the left side of the Budget Management panel; this action will redirect you to the settings panel.

1.2.3. Within the settings panel, click on "Budget Attribute" from the left-hand side menu, which will open the Budget Attribute panel.

1.2.4. In the Budget Attribute panel, click the boxes on the left side of fields to specify which fields appear on the create screen. Click “Mandotary” to set the mandatory to fill this field.

1.3. Purpose

The selectable fields on the create screen dynamically adjust based on the user's initial selections. Specifically, users can choose which Category, Group, Company, and Jira Issue fields will be displayed. For instance, if the Category and Company fields are selected but the Group field is not selected, the Group field will not be shown on the create screen.
