You can configure the gadget according to your needs, parameters details will be explained below.

  • Group Picker field: is a collection of users that is going to be displayed on the gadget.

  • Filter -1 field: Select an existing filter. Quick Find or in advanced Search.

    • You can add an infinite number of filters and configure them independently of each other.

  • Column Title field: Name to display

  • User Type field: Assignee, Reporter, or any other user/ group picker custom field available.

  • Calculation Type field: System or custom fields that store numeric input.

If you add more than one filter, the calculation type field will be displayed as a column and if you select to show total value this will sum up as a row total value

  • Include Inactive User field: Opt in to show or not inactive users.

  • Include Zero Values field: Opt in to show or not zero [0] values.

  • Total Value field: Opt in to show or not the total sum of the values. Be aware that if you have more than a filter with a different calculation type, the will be sum up independently if it is Story points or İssue count. In this case, opt in to not show the total value.

  • Number of Results field: Number of results to display on the table.

  • Refresh Interval field: How often you would like this gadget to update.
