This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to find Similar Labels using the Label Enhancer for JIRA app from the project's Similar Labels page.
1. Similar Labels via Project Page
1.1. Prerequisites
Existing Labels: There must exist at least two similar labels in the project to find similar labels.
1.2. How to Merge Labels
Access the Similar Labels page:
Log in to your Jira application and navigate to the relevant project.
In the project sidebar, locate and click on Label Enhancer for JIRA and then click Similar Labels.

Input the Label for Similarity Search:
On the Similar Labels page, locate the Find input field.
Enter the name of the label for which you want to find similar labels.
Initiate the Search:
Click the Find button next to the find input field to start the search process.
View the Results:
A list of labels similar to your input will be displayed, allowing you to review and manage them as needed.

Similarity Criteria: The definition of "similar" labels rely on the app's configuration, which includes factors like partial matches or predefined synonyms.
1.4. Potential Issues
No Similar Labels Found: If no similar labels are displayed, verify the accuracy of your input or try different variations.
Performance: In projects with a large number of labels, the search process might take longer to display results.
