Edit Smart Filter

On the Smart Filter Configuration Page screen, after click Edit on the menu, you will see the following details.

  1. Overview section, the Smart Filter Name, the name of the Saved Filter, and the link to the query filter search page are displayed.

2. On the Edit Smart Filter menu, in order to edit the filter’s properties click Edit Smart Filter Properties.

  • Here you can change the Smart Filter Name and Saved Filter.

3. At Edit View Screen page, fields can be added according to your needs by clicking button, sort them as needed, and Save. For

  • Edit View Screen section affects the Smart Filters Results gadget as shown below.

4. At Edit Dynamic Filter page, fields can be added according to your needs by clicking button, sort them as needed, and Save.

 

 

  • Smart Filter Dynamic Fields affects the Smart Filter Control Gadget that shall be firstly added to your dashboard. You can make instant filtering using these fields and update your data according to these instant filtering in other gadgets. Select data from date range between two dates, and Logical operators are also at your dispose, so you can manipulate what you want to display in your dashboard. The instant applied filters are shown in the Applied Filters section on the Control gadget.
