Select Label Manager from Space Tools menu

Click Add Bulk Labels button from Attachments Label Operation tab

Enter or select label/s added to Label text field and select all or custom pages to add labels to page's attachments

All Page option. A part from this, you can use page label operations for custom selected pages.
