1.2.1. Go to the Budget Management for Jira Configuration Page.
1.2.2. Choose the budget for which you want to Update by clicking on the budget name link. This will take you to the overview page.
1.2.3. On the left-hand side, click on the Income/ Expense tab, which will open the Plans Income/ Expenses list panel.

1.2.3.1 To access more information about the planIncome/ Expense, click on the arrow located on the left side next to the planIncome/ Expense's name.

1.2.6. Finally, click the "Update" button to save your changes.

1.3. Constraints
When it comes to Update PlanIncome/ Expense, there are a few important considerations.
1.3.1.If a planned an Income/ Expense payment has an associated actual payment, it cannot be deleted.
1.3.3. If a plan an Income/ Expense has at least one actual payment, the plan Income/ Expense type is not updatable.
1.3.4. A plan An Income/ Expense must have at least one planned Income/ Expense payment.
1.4. Issues that may arise
When you attempt to Update PlanIncome/ Expense, there are several potential issues that you might encounter:
1.4.1. If you forget to complete a required field during the update, the plan Income/ Expense creation will not be successful.
1.4.2. Ensure that you possess the necessary permissions; lacking the required permissions will impede the plan Income/ Expense creation process.
1.4.3. When attempting to update a planan Income/ Expense, you may encounter the following issues:
- If you lack editing permissions for the associated budget, updating the plan Income/ Expense won't be possible.
- Forgetting to fill in the necessary fields during the update will result in an error message being displayed.
