Delete a Group

1.2.1. From your admin section, on your left-hand side menu click on the settings icon, this action will take you to the overview page.

1.2.2. On the left-hand side menu, click on Group, which will open the Group's panel list.

1.2.3. Choose the Group you wish to delete from the list by clicking on the Deleteicon, and confirm that you want to proceed with this operation by clicking Delete.

1.3. Constraints

When it comes to deleting a Group, there are a few important considerations.

1.3.1. Only users with appropriate permissions can delete the group.
1.3.2. The group cannot be deleted if it is linked to other critical data or processes.
1.3.3. The group must not have active members assigned to it during deletion.

1.4. Issues that may arise

When you're attempting to delete a Group, there are a couple of potential issues that might come up.

1.4.1. Lack of permissions will prevent the group from being deleted.

1.4.2. If the group is linked to active data or processes, deletion cannot proceed.

1.4.3. If the group has active members, deletion cannot be completed.
