1.2.1. Go to the Budget Management for Jira panel.
1.2.2. Choose the budget for which you want to Delete an Income/ Expense Actual by clicking on the budget name link. This will take you to the overview page.

1.4.1. If you don't have Delete permissions for the budget you're working with, you won't be able to Delete the Income/ Expense Actual.
1.4.2. Additionally, if you forget to confirm the delete operation in the warning message that displayed, you cannot delete it.
