Creating a Smart Filter
You can access the Manage Smart Filters via Settings → Jira Settings → Apps → Manage Smart Filters or from Jira horizontal navigation bar click Apps → Manage your apps and from your left-hand sidebar menu click Manage Smart Filters.
To open the Smart Dashboard for Jira Filters Configuration Page click on the Settings icon at the top-right corner of the screen. This will open up a drop-down menu and Apps will be located to the bottom of the Jira Settings.

2. On the Smart Dashboard left-hand sidebar menu click Manage Smart Filters which will open the configuration page.
3. On the Smart Dashboard for Jira Filters Configuration Page click the Create button.
5. Fill in the mandatory fields:
Provide a Smart Dashboard Filter Name for your smart filter.
Select one of your filters previously saved in your Jira instance from the drop-down field Saved Filter Name.
Click the Create button.
