Label Manager for Confluence does not store on any data tough no extra process is needed.
You can use Label Manager for Confluence by installing it from Atlassian Marketplace.
Features
Label Manager for Confluence is a product that is under development and investment is being made to add features to the platform. It doesn’t currently have the same features set as the server version and some features are likely never to come to Cloud due to restrictions in the Cloud platform.
