1. Select "SLA Remaining Field" Custom Field from Advanced Tab of the Custom Fields Dialog

2. Select screen which field is added

3. Select configure field from Custom Field

4. Click "Edit Field Options" of the custom field

5. Edit Options of the custom field

Time Format

Select time format to list elapsed time

  • Default View ( hh:mm:ss )
  • Friendly View ( XXh XXm XXs )
  • Millisecond View ( XXXXXX msec )

Not: Millisecond time format can be used for Excel export to calculate average elapsed time
